A useful companion for anyone coping with various mental health conditions; such as; Depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar – or any condition which would benefit from keeping track of your feelings, emotions and activities.

Each journal consists of two pages each day to work with and is measured at 8″ x 10″ inches, which is a good size and has plenty of space. This is an undated journal and so, doesn’t have to be written in every day. It can be used freely, or daily as required.
