The runR IV is suitable for various sports activities, such as walking, jogging, cycling and any other training. The smartwatch measures your steps, burned calories, traveled kilometers and active periods of time during the day.

In addition, it monitors your heart rate and blood pressure, showing all data collected in several statistics. You can use the detailed daily reports to analyze and optimize your fitness level. It’s easy to follow your constant progress which makes exercising a lot more fun!

Heart Rate Measurement*

The integrated heart rate measurement monitors the heart rate 24/7 providing detailed real-time data to be evaluated and illustrated in a diagram for you. Thus, you get a comprehensive understanding of your heart rate situation.

When activating the automatic monitoring, the heart rate sensor measures your pulse every 10 minutes and synchronizes the data with the App every 30 minutes. Of course, you can also activate the manual measurement to receive one-time checks of your current heart rate.

Blood Pressure Measurement*

The runR IV allows you to monitor your blood pressure automatically (every hour) or manually through one-time checks (just rest your arm for about one minute on the table). The data of all measurements will be synchronized with the App.

Thanks to detailed sleep tracking, you can measure the length and quality of your sleep to find out more about your sleep patterns (e.g. the stages of sleep you cycle through from deep sleep to light sleep). The runR IV smartwatch determines whether you’re asleep or not by analyzing your movement and heart rate through sensors.

Inactivity Reminder, Timer & Stopwatch

If you activate this function in the app, you will be reminded to move after certain periods of inactivity. When the alarm goes off, you should stand up and move to avoid the risk of a sedentary or inactive lifestyle. The smartwatch also features a timer, a stopwatch and an alarm clock.

Energy-saving Battery & Easy Charging

To save energy, the display turns off automatically and can be activated again by simply turning your wrist towards you. With the included charging cable, you can charge the smartwatch easily by connecting it to the USB port on your phone charger, laptop or power bank. Thanks to the built-in battery, the runR IV can be fully charged in about 2 hours and has up to approx. 10 days of battery life.

Waterproof Design: IP67

Because of the dustproof and IP67 waterproof design, you don’t need to take off the smartwatch while washing your hands or running in the rain. The runR IV is resistant to moisture, water splashes and, most importantly, sweat that comes with your workout or training. However, the product should not be used under hot water or in salt water.
