The new waterproof professional children’s smartwatch launched in 2023 can provide your child with multiple functions to meet their needs in various situations, thereby safer protecting them and maintaining contact with parents.

The smartwatch supports two-way conversations, with a front facing camera taking high-definition photos, smart games, calculator, alarm clock, mute mode, and call history.

If a children’s smartwatch does not have a SIM card, the call and location functions will not work. If there is no SIM card, other functions will also work.

2G SIM card, as the watch itself requires a 2G network. If you are using a smartwatch in the UK, please use a 2G SIM phone card.

SOS Help

When children are in danger, they can press the SOS button on their smartwatch for help. In addition, parents can set three SOS numbers on the application. They will alternately dial three SOS phone numbers in two rounds until they answer the call.

IP67 Waterproof

When using a children’s smartwatch with a depth of less than 1 meter underwater, it reaches IP67 waterproof level within 0.5 hours. When using underwater, ensure that the SIM card slot is sealed. (Not in hot water, hot tub, or sauna; do not press the down button)

Don’t Disturb Mode

Don’t worry about disturbing your child in class, parents can set up three periods of interference. During this period, the connected watch will be blocked from all calls.

How to use it?

1.Press the SOS button to close the watch, then open the back cover and slightly remove the battery.

2.Next, place the chip on the side of the micro SIM card, check if the SIM card is securely connected (otherwise it will not be connected to the signal), then place the battery, and finally close the back cover.

Install the Setracker application. Register your Setraker2 account using your email address and log in.

3.Disable the mini SIM PIN code (please insert the SIM card into the phone to remove the PIN code)

How to configure it?

1.Check the signal bar and ↑↓ symbol on the smartwatch.

2.If there is no signal bar, please check if the SIM card is inserted correctly, then go to the correct signal position and check.

3.If there are no ↑↓ symbols, please open the SIM card’s data and voice plan.

Question 1: The watch cannot be opened, how can I solve it?

Answer: Watches may run out of battery after prolonged transportation. If you are willing, please charge for 1 hour first.

Question 2: Can I use my watch without a SIM card?

Answer: If the watch does not have a SIM card, it has communication related functions. Voice and calls will be disabled.

Question 3: Is the watch compatible with 2G 3G 4G 5G networks?

Answer: Dear, the watch is currently only compatible with 2G networks.

Question 4: When registering the application, the message ‘Restore settings because it does not have traditional functionality’ or ‘Waiting for authorization’. How to solve this problem?

Answer: Immediately provide the IMEL code on the back of the watch, and we will assist you.

Question 5: Can watches receive text messages?

Answer: The watch cannot receive text messages, but can send them.

Question 6:Why is the message ‘no registration code, please wait’ when I have installed the SIM card?

Firstly it could be that you have not inserted your sim card correctly and your sim card is not recognised. A recognised sim card should show a signal grid and arrow logo on the main page of the watch.

You need to switch the watch off when installing the sim card. After the installation is done and it doesn’t show you can restart the watch and try it. If there is no signal indoors you can try going outdoors.

If your watch interface shows a signal grid, but no arrows. Please wait for a while, the arrow mark will appear and you can open the code normally.
