Soak dried Hijiki, Dulse and Wakame in hot water for at least 30 mins.After soaking, rinse through a mesh seive and wash with cold water a few times.You can now dress your salad with a 3 ingredient dressing of 2 tbsp of toasted sesame oil, 1 tbsp of Tamari and 1 tbsp of mirin.Season with salt and mixed seeds, Toss and serve!

HARVESTED IN THE UK: Certified organic raw Kelp from the coast of Scotland. Meticulously harvested, dried at low temperatures, and cut into pieces. Absolutely pure with nothing added and packed in a certified clean environment.
LOADED WITH VITAMINS & MINERALS: Sea weed is a great source of Iodine and also combines Magnesium, Potassium, Selenium, Calcium, Zinc, Iron and is also rich in beta-carotene (plant based vitamin A), B vitamins and vitamin C.
BENEFITS: Since Kelp is high in special types of fibre and Algin, it can be very good for digestion. It is also thought to be beneficial to balancing the thyroid as well as aiding and soothing the throat.
SUGGESTED USE: You can blend this supplement with just about any liquid / juice but is probably best in a sweetened smoothie. You can even encapsulate the powder yourself or mix it into cooking. We suggest a quarter teaspoon up to 3 times a day.
