HOPS STROBILE EXTRACT: Other than being used in brewing, hops is traditionally thought to be good for relaxing the body ready for sleep and relieving tension.
SUGGESTED USE: This tincture can simply be added to water or any liquid of your choice. 2-3ml taken 2-3 times a day.
THE TINCTURE: Tinctures were first used in ancient Egypt before entering Europe from the 12th century onwards. Right up until the 1970?s tinctures were common until pills and capsules became more popular. They are now enjoying a resurgence in popularity because of their simplicity and relatively few ingredients. Tinctures are a liquid extract of plant leaves, roots, bark, fruit, seeds and flowers.
