Directions for use

1 100% NRV Multivitamin tablet should be taken daily, at any time of the day.

The sublingual serum oral spray should be used alongside the tablets only in the case of a confirmed vitamin deficiency, otherwise it should be used before the tablet course. Each spray bottle contains 40 doses (1 dose = 7 sprays / 100% RDA)
